Peri/Menopause Support Group
I periodically run this group for women in their 40's, 50's and 60's. Why this age group? Because so much change is happening in women's lives during this time span.
Perimenopause and menopause, we may feel invisible, without value or experience a loss of identity just at the time when we are feeling our wisest and care the least about what people think of us.
The aim of this group is for women to find support and strength through having open and vulnerable conversations about how all this change feels, and how we feel about ourselves.
This is an 8-week in-person group held on the Eastside. Space will be limited to 6-8 members. Date, time & cost TBD

Ageism and the Creative Professional
This is a group created to address the issues around ageism in creative fields. Working in traditionally youth centered businesses as we enter midlife can lead to burnout, anxiety, and loss of identity. In this group we explore how to remain true to yourself and the creative process. Members support and inspire each other to keep creating and doing the thing that brings them joy.
This group is currently on hiatus, although my partner Alyce Waxman and I have plans to begin another session.
