What does therapy cost?
Therapy with me is: 
Individuals - $250 for a 50 minute session.
Couples - $300 for a 50 minute session. $450 for a 80 minute session.
I have a few sliding scale spots available if in need.

Do you accept insurance?
If you have a PPO, happy to supply you with a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance company.

How does the free consultation work?
When we meet, I'll ask you a little bit about what's bringing you to therapy and why now. I may ask a few other questions to get to know. I'll let you how I work and what my approach to your issues may be. It's a chance to get to know each other before committing to working together. Consultations are important because the therapist/client relationship is an key factor in determining if therapy will work.

What is your cancellation policy?
My office policy for cancellations is 24 hours in advance or the full fee is charged unless we can reschedule you for the same calendar week.

Why is it different talking to you instead of a friend?
What you say to me in therapy in completely confidential. I’m trained to help you recognize patterns of behavior and how to change them. Since I’m not a part of your community, I can do this in an unbiased way, without any judgement or expectations.
